Oven roasted and served with an orange and Grand Marnier jus.


Cajun Loin of Pork £8.95

Served on a sage mash, topped with cajun onion rings and mild green peppercorn sauce.


Pork Or Chicken Parmesan £8.95

Fillet of pork or chicken coated with golden breadcrumbs and topped with white sauce and cheese.


Chicken Supreme £9.50

Chicken sauteed in butter with onions, mushrooms and garlic. Finished with cream, enriched with dry vermouth served on a bed of rice.


Herb Stuffed Chicken £9.50

Succulent chicken breast stuffed with pate and tarragon served with a brandy pepper sauce.


Steak Dianne £15.95

>Medallions of best steak sauteed with onions, mushrooms, french mustard and garlic finished in red wine, cream and brandy.


Barbecued Chicken £8.50

Half a chicken cooked in hickory served with our own barbecue sauce.


Beef Stroganoff £14.95

Strips of fillet steak sauteed in mushrooms, onions and garlic. Finished in a brandy sauce on a bed of rice.
